2010 INTERIM TAX BILLS HAVE BEEN MAILED

The Township of Southgate recently mailed the 2010 Interim tax bills instalment due dates of:
Wednesday, March 31, 2010
Wednesday, June 30, 2010
This interim billing is based on 50% of the total 2009 taxes. Please contact the office at Ext. 227 if you have not received your bill by March 15, 2010. Various payment options are listed in the reverse of your bill.

2010 DOG TAGS

Where we have record of previous dog tag(s) issued to your property, the 2010 dog tag and invoice is included with your tax bill. If any of the information has changed, please contact our office at Ext. 231 so we may update our records. It is the responsibility of all dog owners to obtain an annual license for their dogs.
You may use your tax account # to pay your dog invoice via Internet or telephone banking; however, please pay taxes and dog amounts as separate entries to ensure they are easily identified on our payment listings.
In 2009, Council passed Fees & Charges By-law 66-2009 which increased Canine Control Fees. All dogs (to a maximum of three) are now $20 each.

4 pm on Friday, March 12, 2010 for the following:

a) Crush, load & apply
b) Crush & stockpile
2. Supply & apply liquid dust suppressant

QUOTES
1. Culverts
2. Excavator rental
3. Rental of a minimum of 3 gravel trucks and loader
4. Rental of construction rock trucks
5. Bulldozer & scraper rental
6. Backhoe rental
7. Roadside grass cutting

Tenders and quotes must be submitted on specific forms available at the Southgate Municipal Office. All necessary insurance and WSIB Certificates must accompany the forms.
Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
